The grave of one of John Alexander's daughters, and
a sister of Rev. John William Reese Alexander who
moved from South Carolina to Alabama during the
early to mid 1800s. She is buried, apparently by
herself near other McGees at Mt. Olive Cemetery
in the Rocky Head Community near Ariton, Dale
County, AL and near the Coffee County line. The
newer stone you see is in the rear of the original.

grandchildren of Mary Alexander and Dale Jensen.

was a close sister of Fannie Hancock Alexander. Even
now, the Alexander-Ward Reunion takes place each fall.
